Andean Cluster CFO (Finance Leader)

About the role

Kimberly‑Clark is seeking an experienced finance executive to lead the Andean cluster (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela). Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will be the strategic finance partner responsible for delivering financial performance, governance, and value creation across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the cluster P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with sales projections.
• Lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning, consolidating country plans into a coherent regional strategy.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and project support, such as SKU profitability and market‑exit feasibility studies.
• Drive margin expansion, productivity improvements and cost‑to‑serve optimisation.
• Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, audit readiness and manage macro‑economic, regulatory and FX risks.
• Develop and mentor country finance teams, building capability and succession pipelines.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with proven experience managing multi‑country P&L and balance‑sheet responsibilities.
• Strategic partner to senior business leaders, capable of translating regional strategy into executable financial plans.
• Strong track record of driving performance improvement, risk management and governance.
• Ability to lead and develop finance teams across markets with varying maturity levels.
