Corporate Banking Analyst – Client Management Unit

About the role

The Client Management Unit Relationship Manager (Analyst) supports senior relationship managers in delivering tailored banking solutions to corporate clients in Lima. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are anticipated, risks are managed, and compliance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships, proactively identifying needs, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve service issues and deliver customized solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists to structure innovative financing and investment products.
• Assist in client onboarding, ensuring KYC and compliance deliverables are completed.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities to increase wallet share.
• Support senior managers in deal structuring, credit origination, and risk assessment.
• Prepare transaction submissions and annual reviews for credit and risk committees.
• Monitor market trends and share intelligence with clients.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant banking or investment experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, and early‑warning detection.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial modeling, and statement analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage credit documentation.
• Self‑starter with high energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
