About the role

Tether is seeking an Expansion Manager to drive the growth of its institutional tokenization platform, Hadron. The role will focus on expanding tokenized real‑world asset solutions across multiple regions, working remotely with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and manage partnerships with institutional players.
• Support the Head of Tokenization Expansion in planning and executing regional initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution across business, product, and technology teams.
• Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and identify operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align tokenization offerings with market needs.

• Highly structured and analytical professional with strong English communication skills.
• Adaptable, precise, and able to thrive in a small, high‑performance team.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or institutional finance is preferred.
