Full Stack Laravel + React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will work on challenging, market‑leading applications while collaborating in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Laravel (v8+) back‑end services.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and integrate them via Inertia.js.
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure robust authentication and data handling.
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Participate in code reviews, estimate tasks, and take ownership of delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet client goals and deadlines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in Inertia.js and building RESTful APIs.
• Front‑end development experience (React, Vue.js, or Laravel Livewire); Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Ability to take extreme ownership, focus on client outcomes, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
