HR Business Partner – Lima

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic bridge between the business and the People strategy, ensuring a strong employee experience and supporting leadership effectiveness across the organization. Based onsite in Lima, the role focuses on building trust‑based relationships, strengthening culture, and driving change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to drive development, performance, and culture conversations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve leadership quality and employee interactions.
• Analyze people metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, eNPS, and climate, delivering actionable insights.
• Support the employee lifecycle with a focus on engagement and experience.
• Manage and resolve complex employee‑relations situations together with leaders.
• Lead and support change‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Training, Development, Compensation, Workforce, etc.).
• Promote organizational culture, values, and mission.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in HR, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR development roles (external) and at least 1 year in internal staff/support positions.
