About the role

As an IT Delivery Manager at BairesDev, you will lead medium to large‑scale technology projects using staff‑augmentation models. You will ensure successful delivery of software products and organizational transformations while fostering team growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute strategic technology delivery plans to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate project planning, monitor deliverables, and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Establish reliable communication channels, build positive work environments, and identify professional development opportunities.
• Assess and improve billable utilization rates, support capacity planning, and contribute to project profitability forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships and deliver measurable value.
• Support IT strategy development, evaluate project outcomes, and stay informed on industry trends.
• Assist with financial objectives by forecasting, managing expenditures, reviewing budget variances, and implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or comparable leadership roles.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
