Remote Real Estate Assistant – Commercial Focus

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Remote Real Estate Assistant to support a fast‑paced commercial real‑estate business. You will handle prospecting, marketing initiatives, CRM organization, market research, and executive operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists, research contacts, and upload data into CRM (Podio).
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp.
• Prepare weekly market research reports and compare property valuations using AI tools.
• Create listing marketing plans, presentation materials, and coordinate podcast and LinkedIn Live events.
• Organize transaction files, maintain Google Drive documentation, and manage NDAs.
• Support executive inbox, calendar, schedule meetings, and deliver daily briefings with market news.
• Track daily KPIs, prepare weekly P&L reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Real Estate, Executive, or Operations Assistant.
• Strong executive support, calendar, and inbox management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
