Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across our Talent Acquisition processes. This fully remote position will involve auditing candidate calls, screening interviews and written communications to maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails and workflow steps against defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in hiring practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
