Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in mid‑term rentals to support the day‑to‑day operations of our growing property portfolio. The role is fully remote and involves managing guest communications, bookings, and property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements
• Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes
• Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
• Manage listings across platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels
• Track renewals, extensions, and move‑in/move‑out schedules
• Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly

Required profile

• Previous experience managing mid‑term rental properties
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
