Agile Business Analyst – LATAM & Mexico (English Required)

About the role

DaCodes is seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams across LATAM and Mexico. You will collaborate with clients, Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and QA to translate business objectives into actionable user stories and ensure successful delivery of digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, project scope, and solution opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering, customer journey mapping, and business process analysis.
• Document As‑Is and To‑Be processes and produce functional specifications.
• Convert business requirements into Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and QA.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, and Retrospectives.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst in software delivery.
• Strong ability to solve business problems and facilitate collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary, distributed teams.
