Help Desk / Support IT (N1/L1 Technical Support)

About the role

Join NTT DATA as a Help Desk / Support IT professional, providing first‑line (N1/L1) technical assistance to internal and external users. You will be part of a digital‑focused team that values technology, passion, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end incident ticket management, from logging to resolution.
• Provide remote and onsite support for Linux, Windows, OS/400, and IBM iSeries environments.
• Assist users with legacy platform issues, including AWS‑based services.
• Collaborate with higher‑level support teams to ensure timely escalation and knowledge transfer.
• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, or N1/N1.5 technical support.
• Intermediate to advanced conversational English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of OS/400 and IBM iSeries platforms.
• Basic understanding of AWS legacy platforms.
• Experience in incident ticket management tools.
