AI Machine Learning Engineer - Remote - Latin America

About the role

Join FullStackFullStack's talent network as an AI Machine Learning Engineer, working remotely for U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ensure production‑grade reliability.
• Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and MLOps processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to shared code libraries.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work independently 40 hours per week and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
