Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of construction documentation and coordinate architectural projects. The successful candidate will create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and maintain accurate Revit models while ensuring compliance with building and zoning codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or alternative software).
• Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models, ensuring compliance with architectural and construction standards.
• Ensure all designs are code‑compliant, meet client expectations, and adhere to project deadlines.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required skills

• Strong architectural/engineering background.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion.
• Experience in drafting, layout work, and basic construction calculations.
• Ability to prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
