Cloud Architect - Enterprise AI & Modernization

About the role

Devsu is seeking a Cloud Architect with a strategic mindset to shape and evolve enterprise‑level cloud architectures. The role focuses on building robust, modular systems that can seamlessly adopt AI solutions, and it is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise cloud architecture across Azure, establishing standards for networking, security, IAM, and resource organization.
• Evaluate and guide platform strategy across Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and related tooling.
• Establish architectural principles for AI‑enabled applications, ensuring API‑driven, modular, and scalable designs.
• Identify constraints limiting autonomous/agent workflows and create reference patterns for AI‑to‑production transitions.
• Guide CI/CD pipeline evolution, including potential GitHub Enterprise migration, to ensure scalable, secure, repeatable deployments.
• Define application architecture standards (front‑end, APIs, services) and implement lightweight governance for AI‑generated code before production.
• Quantify and manage technical debt, reducing key‑person dependencies in infrastructure design.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture, with at least 3 years in design or definition roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure networking, IAM, security, and core services.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD strategies and tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise).
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English for technical reading and team communication.
