Customer Service Representative 4PL - Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative 4PL, you will act as the strategic orchestrator and primary point of contact, managing end-to-end processes to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction on behalf of our partners.

Main Missions

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, acting as the central hub for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate bookings and strategic planning with suppliers, shippers, and 3PL providers.
• Monitor operational flows and proactively manage exceptions to minimize disruptions.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and provide real-time logistics solutions.
• Analyze client performance through detailed reporting and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to align service delivery with business goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile Required

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or 4PL operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English (essential for international coordination).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure international environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
