Join a dynamic global team as a Customer Support Advisor I, specializing in digital interaction. In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our client, providing exceptional assistance through chat, web, and outbound channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Missions principales

  • Provide high-quality customer support via incoming chats, web interactions, and outbound calls.
  • Identify and clarify customer needs to provide accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Utilize decision-making tools and internal knowledge bases to resolve product or service inquiries.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the tracking database and follow up on complex requests with senior staff.
  • Contribute to commercial performance by identifying opportunities to suggest additional products or services.
  • Meet and exceed contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and efficiency.

Profil recherché

  • High school diploma with 3 to 6 months of relevant customer service experience (or equivalent higher education).
  • Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and handle repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
