About the position
Join Aynitech Group to provide world-class technical support for a major US-based client's application. As a Help Desk Support Agent, you will be the frontline of our customer experience, ensuring seamless application usage and high user satisfaction through professional and empathetic assistance.
Main Missions
- Provide high-quality technical support via email to international users.
- Manage user accounts, including password resets and profile configurations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve user inquiries and technical issues.
- Identify, document, and escalate complex technical cases to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with the internal team to identify recurring incidents and propose proactive improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new application features and updates to ensure accurate support.
Profile sought
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity.
- Strong sense of empathy and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Capable of working autonomously and efficiently in a remote environment.
