Delivery Manager Cybersecurity

About the role

IBM Consulting is hiring a Delivery Manager Cybersecurity in Peru to oversee the organization, administration and supervision of consulting resources, processes and technologies needed for high-quality cybersecurity service delivery to clients. The role ensures that Cybersecurity Services meet client expectations and customer satisfaction targets, and leads complex executive-level cybersecurity (SOC) programs in the banking and financial industry.

Key responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end responsibility for managed security services, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs and service levels aligned with Grupo Credicorp's business needs.
• Drive continuous service improvement focused on efficiency, quality and long-term value.
• Manage executive, tactical and operational communications with client stakeholders and IBM leadership, and chair executive governance committees for the account.
• Act as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues such as contractual gaps, resource constraints and scheduling risks.
• Manage relationships with process owners, subject matter experts and executive stakeholders on the client side, and oversee service quality and performance metrics.
• Supervise and improve the effectiveness of security capabilities, coordinating delivery, support and commercial teams.
• Oversee account operations including scope management, delivery timelines, financial objectives, contract changes and resource planning, and allocate IBM employees, contractors and subcontractors efficiently.
• Provide thought leadership, industry best practices and strategic guidance to the client, and identify efficiencies across in-scope services.

Required profile

• Solid experience leading complex, executive-level cybersecurity programs, preferably SOC services, in the banking or financial sector in Peru.
• Proven experience managing large-scale managed security services and executive client relationships.
• Experience overseeing financial management, contract changes and scope negotiations.
• Strong leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external partners.
• Ability to operate effectively at executive, tactical and operational levels.

Required skills

• Service delivery governance, SLA/SLO/KPI management and contractual compliance.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity services, including threat management, incident response and security consulting.
• Contract negotiation, including terms, conditions, pricing and scope of work.
• Familiarity with financial management tools such as budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• PMP certification preferred.
