DevOps Engineer (AWS) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a DevOps Engineer specialized in AWS to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for its global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and highly available solutions through automation and cloud‑native practices.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage robust AWS environments using core services such as EC2, EKS, and RDS.
• Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions) to streamline code integration and deployment.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and ensure configuration consistency.
• Optimize containerized workloads and orchestration strategies for performance and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Ensure security and integrity of cloud resources through IAM management and infrastructure hardening.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven expertise with AWS core services (EC2, EKS, RDS).
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline or GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
