E-commerce Operations & Growth Associate

About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand focused on simplifying everyday pet care. As an Operations & Growth Associate you will work across operations, marketing, product development and research to drive efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely execution.
• Conduct research and translate findings into actionable solutions.
• Support and improve e‑commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems and workflows.
• Assist with product development, sourcing, and testing.
• Brainstorm and execute growth initiatives and new ideas.
• Handle a mix of daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Utilise tools like ChatGPT and Helium 10 to support operations, research and growth strategies.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify).
• Familiarity with AI and research tools such as ChatGPT.
• Proficiency with Helium 10.
• Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
