Executive Assistant – Insurance Quoting & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support an insurance professional. The role is back‑office focused, helping to reduce operational workload so agents can concentrate on client acquisition and sales. This is a fully remote position that requires working across multiple insurance carrier platforms and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Generate home, auto, and commercial insurance quotes using client information.
• Navigate several carrier platforms to compare pricing and coverage options.
• Present the most competitive quotes for each client scenario.
• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in the company CRM.
• Process policy binding, finalize documentation, and handle payment steps.
• Research client and property details to ensure correct coverage.
• Perform high‑volume, repetitive data‑entry tasks across multiple systems.
• Support inbound and outbound phone communication when required.
• Assist in training new team members and documenting processes as the team grows.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance support, quoting, underwriting assistance, or a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable handling repetitive, process‑driven tasks.
