About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing and assessing senior‑level talent for both internal needs and client organizations, helping to build high‑impact leadership teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to identify executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks and leverage market intelligence to source qualified talent.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and best practices in executive recruitment.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably at an executive level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote or distributed environments.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
