Recruiting Specialist – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support end‑to‑end hiring for language‑professional positions. The role is fully remote and serves our global client base across healthcare, legal, government and business sectors. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard qualified candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define role requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Create, publish and manage job postings on multiple platforms including job boards, databases and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications, evaluating qualifications, experience, certifications and fit.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews, assessing communication skills and role alignment.
• Support sourcing efforts by researching and engaging active and passive candidates using creative strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems and tracking tools.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with rate discussions and offer processes under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve workflows and hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related HR role.
• Interest in remote hiring and global talent markets; exposure to linguistics or healthcare is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in phone and video interactions.
• Ability to screen candidates effectively and ask structured, insightful questions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
