Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Learning & Development Young Professional and help shape a culture of continuous learning within a global tech company. This remote position offers you the chance to work alongside experienced L&D practitioners while gaining hands‑on experience in designing and coordinating training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning content.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing and updating content.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
