About the role

Join BairesDev’s Executive Search team as an Executive Recruiter and help identify top leadership talent for our global clients. You will work remotely, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to build high‑impact executive teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and professional networks.
• Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Proven relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
