Freelance US Corporate Attorney – AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a US‑qualified corporate attorney to join our AI training platform on a freelance basis. You will work remotely, helping to test, evaluate and improve AI systems that generate legal content.

Key responsibilities

• Create challenging prompts that assess AI performance on corporate law topics.
• Review AI‑generated answers for accuracy, logical consistency and adherence to legal standards.
• Score multi‑step problem‑solving outputs using a structured rubric.
• Provide feedback to enhance the AI’s reasoning and alignment with first‑principles legal reasoning.

Required profile

• Law degree (J.D., LLM or equivalent) qualified to practice in the United States.
• Minimum two years of experience in US corporate law practice.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work 10‑20 hours per week during active project phases.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis in US corporate law.
• Ability to craft precise, scenario‑based prompts.
• Critical evaluation of AI‑generated legal content.
