Functional Consultant - D365 Finance

About the role

Unify Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. It is looking for a D365 Finance Consultant with significant experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. The position is full-time and can be done from home, though travel to the client site may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in every phase of the D365 project lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations and support.
• Run client workshops to define business requirements and record them in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents or User Stories.
• Write design documents for customizations and reports, including boundary conditions and test scenarios.
• Configure D365 for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Project Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Map and import data into D365 using data entities, and map fields between D365 and other integrating systems.
• Perform functional, integration and automated regression testing.
• Train clients on D365 and related systems, and provide pre- and post-go-live support.
• Write 1-2 D365 functional blog articles per year.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, budgeting, fixed assets, project accounting, bank and financial reporting.
• Conversational English.
