General Manager – Upper Upscale Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a 200‑plus key upper‑upscale business hotel in Peru. The property, five years old, operates at a strong commercial pace and requires a leader who can drive revenue while inspiring the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations with full accountability for commercial performance, guest satisfaction and team engagement.
• Develop and execute revenue strategies across rooms, food & beverage and ancillary income streams.
• Ensure F&B and accommodation services consistently meet premium brand standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and investors, providing regular performance reporting and strategic insight.
• Coach and develop department heads, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
• Manage budgeting, financial analysis and cost control across all departments.
• Lead marketing and sales initiatives to maximise occupancy, rates and overall revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience as a General Manager in upper‑upscale, premium or lifestyle hotel brands.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record in revenue management, investor relations and financial performance.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• International experience welcomed; local market knowledge not required.
