Senior Analyst, Market Delivery

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the technology and operational relationship with customers in the market delivery function. The role involves partnering with customers, internal delivery teams and support groups to identify business opportunities and ensure successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to conduct quarterly operational reviews and support the product delivery process.
• Develop delivery process maps, complete assigned delivery tasks, and contribute to integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
• Research and deliver solutions for complex problems, respond to product and tool inquiries, and analyze data from delivery projects to report performance against success metrics.
• Support Technology Account Management teams, internal partners and key stakeholders, and maintain strong working relationships across business functions.

Required profile

• Business experience in payments, financial services, consulting or technology industries.
• Strong presentation and data‑driven mindset with ability to manage technology accounts.
• Excellent written and oral English; Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
