High-Volume Internal Recruiter

About the role

Hire Hangar is seeking a High-Volume Internal Recruiter to scale teams across operations, customer success, admin and more. You will own a fast‑moving pipeline of diverse roles, ensuring speed, structure and quality from outreach to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job families.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently and effectively.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Leverage ATS tools and automation to maintain visibility and momentum across roles.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates to ensure a great experience.
• Track and assess pipeline health, report on key metrics and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in high‑volume recruiting, either agency or in‑house.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing quality.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as ATS, sourcing platforms and scheduling software.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment with shifting priorities.
• Availability to work full‑time on Eastern Time (with Pacific overlap preferred).
