Human Resources Generalist (Remote)

About the role

As a Human Resources Generalist at CrewBloom, you will be the operational backbone of HR, ensuring compliant and efficient employee lifecycle management for all office staff. This fully remote, full‑time position empowers you to shape hiring, onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and off‑boarding processes across a global talent pool.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for office staff positions, managing job postings and candidate pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and handle offer communications in line with HR policy.
• Execute end‑to‑end onboarding, verifying I‑9, E‑Verify, credentials, and coordinating IT and equipment setup.
• Enroll new hires in the fingerprint clock‑in system and maintain accurate time‑keeping records.
• Maintain employee data in the HRIS and timekeeping systems throughout employment, including probation tracking.
• Manage off‑boarding activities, ensuring proper documentation and system de‑provisioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in HR operations.
• Conversational proficiency in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
• Demonstrated ability to handle payroll, off‑boarding, and HRIS processes.
