Inside Sales Account Manager – Lima, Peru

About the role

Axis Communications is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager based in Lima, Peru to drive the adoption of its video‑surveillance and security solutions. The role focuses on recruiting and developing channel partners, managing leads and supporting sales activities across the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and recruit network video/security integrators, software developers, consultants and hardware providers into Axis’ Channel Partner Programs.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to achieve inside‑sales quotas and develop partner‑focused initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with partners, end‑users and distributors, assisting them in selling Axis solutions.
• Enter and track all sales leads, inquiries and pricing information in the CRM system and keep the weekly pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Represent Axis at trade shows, seminars, webinars and other promotional events.
• Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound prospecting calls on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Fluent English and residence in Lima, Peru.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, align with business priorities and thrive in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering/electronic) but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and outbound prospecting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of physical security applications and video‑surveillance technologies.
• Understanding of IT/Networking concepts.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead management.
