IT Recruiter – Remote Young Professional Role

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
