IT Systems & Automation Specialist

About the role

The Otte Polo Group, which includes Geeks on Site, is looking for an IT Systems & Automation Specialist to keep its operational systems, integrations, automations, reporting and telephony workflows running smoothly. This is a hands-on, remote role for a self-starter who works independently, adapts quickly and collaborates with technical and non-technical teams. It is open to candidates based in Nicaragua or Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and end-user support for business systems and operational tools.
• Support and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics and Zoho Flow.
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot integrations and automated workflows with Pipedream, Make.com or similar tools.
• Create reports, dashboards and data queries to support business decisions.
• Improve operational processes by working with CRM data, workflows and automations.
• Support and troubleshoot telephony and call-center systems, including IVR, call routing and CCaaS platforms.
• Use basic SQL to query data and use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, troubleshooting, documentation and productivity.
• Document processes, solutions and system changes, and collaborate with teams to solve their needs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in system administration, systems integration, IT systems or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience supporting business systems, applications or integrations.
• Advanced English with strong reading and speaking skills.
• Preferred: experience in a BPO, call-center or other high-volume operational environment.

Required skills

• Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM and Zoho Flow, or similar CRM and workflow automation platforms.
• Pipedream, Make.com or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with IVR, call routing or CCaaS platforms.
• Basic SQL and technical troubleshooting.

What we offer

• Starting salary of $1,100 USD per month, paid in USD through Deel.
• 100% remote work, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday plus a half day on the weekend.
