Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Evaluation Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will help improve AI-generated code by reviewing, rating, and creating coding challenges, all on a flexible, asynchronous schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
