Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join a fully remote AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The position is project‑based, asynchronous and open to candidates across Latin America who are legally authorised to work in the listed countries.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the eligible Latin American countries.
