Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join a fully remote AI training program serving clients across Latin America. The role involves reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to help improve model performance. This is a flexible, project‑based position that can be done asynchronously.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
