LCS Operations Manager SC

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring an Operations Manager for its LCS (Life Cycle Services) team in Lima. You will lead the subregional Project, Contract and Billing Administration team, making sure projects and service contracts are set up, administered, billed and closed accurately, on time and in line with company processes and internal controls. You will partner with Project Management, Contract Management, Sales and Finance, and report to the Regional Operations Manager Solutions/Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the subregional team, setting objectives, managing workload and supporting capability development.
• Own the administrative lifecycle of projects and service contracts, from setup through financial closure.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, financial controls, company policies and audit requirements, and act as the main contact for internal and external audits.
• Monitor and manage KPIs such as billing, backlog, revenue recognition, unbilled balances, accounts receivable, contract renewals and project and contract closures.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, standardizing and automating processes and sharing best practices across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project, contract or billing administration, or operations finance, preferably in services or industrial technology environments.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, ideally supporting teams across multiple countries.
• Advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of billing, revenue recognition (POC/milestone-based), contract management and internal controls.
• Preferred: ability to support audits and manage corrective actions, partnership with Finance on reporting and forecasting, ERP proficiency, and handling billing conditions, milestones and change orders.
