Logistics Analyst – Remote

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst at BairesDev, you will oversee the end‑to‑end hardware logistics process, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness, and data‑driven decision making. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and external supply‑chain partners to keep the organization’s hardware network reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira.
• Update SAP for inventory management.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory using SAP and Jira.
• Create retrieval requests.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
