Mobile Engineer (AI) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Mobile Engineer with an AI‑native mindset to design and deliver new Android products in a fast‑moving startup environment. You will work remotely, turning product ideas into production‑ready applications that leverage multi‑agent AI orchestration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with an AI‑first approach.
• Implement multi‑agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open‑source tools.
• Own the delivery process from product requirements through to production with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to web or backend layers when needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Drive multiple net‑new product initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native multi‑agent orchestration, not just AI‑assisted coding.
• Self‑directed mindset, comfortable working from brief product specifications.
• Ability to work across the full stack and quickly understand new codebases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
