Operational Governance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Operational Governance Auditor ensures post‑sales client interactions meet quality and consistency standards. Working remotely, you will audit calls, meetings, and CRM updates to detect risks, missed opportunities, and process deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client‑facing interactions such as calls, meetings, follow‑ups, and documentation for compliance with governance standards.
• Identify, document, and report risks, missed opportunities, and deviations that could affect client satisfaction or revenue.
• Produce clear, objective audit outputs for account managers, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Track audit outcomes, analyze trends, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with governance leadership and operational teams to clarify findings and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Previous experience in audit roles.
• Experience in post‑sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
