Part-Time Remote B2B Sales Coordinator & Institutional Liaison

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time, remote B2B Sales Coordinator & Institutional Liaison to drive growth and maintain key healthcare partnerships for Boston Pedorthic. The role focuses on outreach to senior nursing facilities, community health centers and other institutional partners, with no direct patient contact.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a structured outreach campaign to senior nursing facility administrators, community health center coordinators, physician office managers and adult day‑care directors.
• Make calls, follow‑up on letters and emails, and schedule site‑visit appointments for the Practice Manager.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system (currently steCRM, transitioning to Zoho).
• Serve as the ongoing point of contact for institutional partners, keeping them informed on scheduling, progress and next steps.
• Maintain and update the referrer contact database, support direct‑mail and newsletter logistics, and monitor weekly pipeline reports.
• Assist with social‑media scheduling when applicable.

Required profile

• Bilingual English/Spanish with professional fluency in both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B outreach, sales coordination or account management experience, preferably with U.S. healthcare clients.
• Confident telephone manner representing a healthcare practice.
• Highly organized, persistent and self‑directed.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, steCRM or similar).
• Social‑media scheduling tools (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business) – optional.

What we offer

• 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with a preferred morning schedule aligned to Eastern Time.
• Long‑term engagement at $11‑$13 USD per hour.
• Fully remote work based in Peru.
