Product Manager (Remote, US/LATAM)

About the role

Turbo AI is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to work remotely with 2–3 founders at a time. You will act as their strategic partner, UX thinker, and operational engine, guiding product ideas from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own client outcomes and deliver a premium, 10‑star experience.
• Translate vision into clear roadmaps, goals, and weekly plans.
• Scope features end‑to‑end, creating prototypes, flows, specs, and handling edge cases.
• Partner closely with a Technical Lead to unblock delivery and ensure predictable shipping.
• Define success metrics, write analytics specs, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Stress‑test every build, protect clients from surprises, and maintain high quality.
• Propose and implement process improvements to make Turbo faster and more magical.

Required profile

• Experience leading product at a startup, dev shop, or agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients or complex products simultaneously.
• Strong systems thinking, first‑principles approach, and clear communication in fluent English.
• Comfort making quick decisions with incomplete information and thriving in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Passion for quality, user experience, and the impact of AI on product teams.
