Recruiter & Marketing Virtual Assistant

About the role

TopFoxx, a fast‑growing women‑owned fashion startup, is looking for a Remote Recruiter & Marketing Virtual Assistant. You will work closely with the HR Manager and department heads to attract top talent, build hiring systems, and support brand‑focused recruiting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Write clear, role‑specific job descriptions and post ads on global hiring platforms.
• Design and maintain structured interview processes, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Conduct initial interviews focused on ownership, communication, execution, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure rapid response times with candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Continuously improve and systematize the recruiting workflow for scalability.
• Develop and update recruiting SOPs, templates, and onboarding materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting and virtual assistance.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and ability to align talent acquisition with brand goals.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment and collaborate with HR and project managers.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on building repeatable processes.
