Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function for its globally distributed team. This remote position will guide a large group of recruiting leaders, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruiting leaders across multiple regions.
• Design and implement new hiring processes that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition practices current and business‑focused.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Continuously evaluate data to refine recruiting and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders in a talent acquisition environment.
• Background in recruiting or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
