Regional HR Specialist (Recruitment & HR Operations)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Specialist to support our power equipment business across the Americas, with a strong focus on Latin America. The role is split 50% between end‑to‑end recruitment and 50% HR operations, offering a hybrid work model and flexible location across Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and other countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, project, sales and functional positions across the region.
• Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and specialized headhunters.
• Build talent pipelines, talent maps and provide labor‑market insights.
• Manage employer branding and campus/technical institute recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment governance, compliance with local labor laws and regional HR standards.
• Coordinate offer processing, onboarding alignment, headcount tracking and cross‑country HR collaboration.
• Support performance management, compensation benchmarking, training coordination and employee relations.
• Handle employee lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of HR experience with a mix of recruitment and generalist responsibilities.
• Experience in headhunting agencies, multi‑country hiring or recruitment in power‑equipment industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more Latin American markets (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, etc.).
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling both recruitment and operational HR tasks.
