Remote Android Developer – AI Code Review & Training

About the role

We are seeking Android developers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this flexible, asynchronous position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI models. No prior AI experience is required, making it ideal for engineers looking for project‑based work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
