Remote HR Generalist & Recruiter (Latin America)

About the role

GC Realty Development LLC is seeking a remote HR Generalist and Recruiter to support both its Chicago offices and its Latin America operations. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires, while helping shape the company’s talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US and Latin America positions, including job posting, outreach, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update the ApplicantPro ATS, ensuring candidate progress is tracked accurately.
• Conduct predictive index assessments and compare results to behavioral targets.
• Prepare hiring manager documentation, scorecards, and provide clear feedback.
• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, background checks, and exit interviews.
• Build and promote the employer brand on Glassdoor, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Report on key metrics such as time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, retention, and turnover.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with US hiring.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and willingness to learn US labor law.
• Experience with Predictive Index or similar assessment tools.
• Own reliable computer equipment and internet connection.
