About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for global clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate processes, enforce quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and report financial status.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
