Remote Web Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking remote Web Developers to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software‑engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
